Paris Hilton’s New Accessory — Hunky Trainer

I guess Paris is trying to get buff to contend with all those wannabes who may try to nab her latest boy toy Josh Henderson. Paris was seen with one hunk of beefcake leaving the gym in LA and then strolling down Sunset Blvd. I think that’s the best accessory Paris has had yet!
