Paris Hilton bored at the ball

Paris Hilton spent last night at Vienna’s Opera ball, but didn’t look like she was entertained. Live television coverage kept showing footage of Paris looking painfully bored. Debutantes in all white and the men in tuxs were marched into the ballroom and Paris sat there holding her head in her hands looking through the program and seemingly sending text messages to friends. “Look how excited she is,” deadpanned one commentator

The festivities there included a Paris Hilton look-a-like contest and the “Paris Life Show” — photos of her growing up. Hilton planned to shed a white coat to symbolize the passing of another year, organizers said.
