Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie: Who’s Copying Who?
Well a lot has already been said about Paris Hilton trying to ‘copy’ Nicole Richie’s life. In fact, in previous articles about the frienemies (friends-enemies), it has been reported that Nicole Richie is pissed off at our dear heiress “for trying to steal her life.�
First, Paris’s boyfriend Benjie Madden is the twin brother of Joel who is Nicole’s partner. Next, our dear heiress recently announced her plan to have a baby next year, hinting that she wants her own Harlow (Nicole and Joel’s newborn). Add to that the media has also noticed Paris’s deteriorating weight as if trying to “look like� Nicole on her pregnancy days.
However, as though putting on the fire, Entertainment Weekly reports that Nicole Richie might also want her own reality TV show.
The new mom was said to be looking for a program that would feature her traveling the country searching for the next ‘big’ HER.
“If the project gets the green light, seven girls would be picked for [and later tested on] their propensity to achieve mega-fame.
The reward of winning the show? Another reality show centered around the winner.
EW reports three cable networks have expressed an interest in the potential program.�
Since Paris Hilton has already started her latest MTV reality show, Paris Hilton’s My New BFF, I guess it’s also ‘safe’ to say that Nicole, too wants to be our dear heiress.
To note, the two has been together in their first reality TV show, A Simple Life. And now, both are trying to get a comeback in reality TV. One thing in common about their shows (if Nicole’s gets pursued) though is a plot about them!
Paris wants a new best friend, Nicole seeking for a new her. Goodness! Reality check, who would really want to be Paris’s best friend (in the true meaning of the word), who would want to be the next Nicole Richie?!
