Is Paris Hilton a Baseball Fan?
Paris Hilton and Nicky Hilton were in attendance at the San Francisco Giants vs Los Angeles Dodgers - April 24 at Dodger Stadium in LA. So what’s wrong with partying Paris? We much prefer to see you hit the clubs with various “friends” in tow.
I’m just wondering how much does Paris really know about baseball.
Batter — This is the guy holding the baseball bat on home plate. The pitcher thows him the ball and hopefully he hits it with said bat. Not the stuff you make pancakes with.
Pitch — This is when the guy out in the center of the field (aka pitcher on the mound) throws the ball to the guy with the bat. Not the short chat your agent gives you about your next paid appearance.
Strike — This is when the batter swings at the ball and misses. Not when you get convicted as a felon. Remember this next time you drive wrecklessly…
Home Run – This is when the batter hits the ball so far that he goes around all the bases and back to home plate. Not when you score in the club with your latest boy toy.
Bases loaded – This is when there is a player standing on all three bases of the diamond. Not when the bass player from your favorite rock band is blitzed.
Grand Slam – This is when the batter hits a home run with the bases loaded. Not that cheap breakfast from Denny’s that fends off a hangover.
So I wonder which team Paris was pulling for? She lives in LA so I’m thinking Giants.
