Prison can really be tough on a girl’s hair! PerezHilton.com reports that one of the first things our Paris did was have her hair done! Apparently, Hilton had a 9:30am, at-home appointment with a hairdresser, who gave her 20-inch extensions!

I have to wonder when someone who claims to have changed as much in prison as Paris does, spends her first few hours on something like getting hair extensions. Looks like vanity and looking well in public are winning out over philanthropy-at least for the moment!
