Benji Madden allegedly ran over a paparazzo’s foot

Does it seem like instead of influencing Paris Hilton to behave, Good Charlotte guitarist Benji Madden has been the one influenced by our dear heiress’s notoriety?

Well I hope not.

However, a report from Fox says that:

“A paparazzo filed a hit and run report with the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department in West Hollywood after Hilton’s boyfriend Benji Madden allegedly ran over his foot while Paris was in the car as a passenger.”

Hmmm… if that pap was still able to quickly head to the Sheriff’s Department to file a hit and run report then I don’t think he was really hurt that bad, right?! It makes you actually think that that reporter just wants to make money with the “incident”. Besides, who asked them to swarm the rocker’s car?!
